RODO - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on protection data).
Candidate - a person who sends their data to CEE Experts in order to undertake the recruitment process, which may take place via the contact form on the website, sending applications by e-mail or applying to advertisements placed on advertising portals.

3. PERSONAL DATA WHICH WE ARE PROCESSING, OBJECTS AND LEGAL BASIS?
In order to recruit, we process your data such as: 1) names, 2) names, 3) email addresses, 4) telephone numbers, 5) home addresses and correspondence addresses, 6) date of birth, 7) information on work experience, places work and career progression, 8) information on education, professional titles, completed schools, 9) information on knowledge of foreign languages, qualifications and practical skills, certificates and permits, completed trainings and courses; 10) information on preferences of candidates, regarding expected pay, start date, preferences, 11) information about interests and hobbies.
Legal basis: conscious, voluntary consent expressed by you to participate in the recruitment processes organized by CEE Experts and help in developing your professional career.
In order to determine, investigate and enforce claims, we may process certain personal data you provide, such as: name, surname, date of birth, data on the use of our services, if claims result from the way you use our services, other necessary data to prove the existence of the claim, including the extent of the damage suffered.
Legal basis. Our legitimate interest in determining, pursuing and enforcing claims and defending against claims in proceedings before courts and other state authorities.
In order to process complaints and requests, we may process some of your personal details as well as data regarding the use of our services that are the reason for the complaint or application, the data contained in the documents attached to the complaint or application.
Legal basis. Our legitimate interest in improving the functionality of services provided electronically and building positive relationships with candidates based on reliability and loyalty.
4. HOW WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
In the case when you apply for job offers, we process your personal data by analyzing them and saving them in a database on a secure server. If you successfully pass the recruitment process and then express interest in the proposed job offer, we send your data to the employer.
5. ENTITIES WHO SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA We will
pass on your personal data to the following categories of recipients:
We share your personal data with employers using our services. Employers to whom we share your personal data independently determine the purposes and methods of processing these data, without being subject to our orders in this regard. Therefore, we are not responsible for their actions and omissions.
We provide your personal data to service providers that we use to conduct our business. Service providers to whom we pass your personal data, depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, or are subject to our commands as to the purposes and methods of processing these data (processors) or independently determine the purposes and methods of their processing (administrators).
Processors. We use suppliers who process your personal data only on our instructions. They provide us with a cloud computing service, provide us with IT systems, send us e-mails.
Location. Our suppliers are based mainly in Poland and other countries of the European Economic Area.
We provide your personal data if we are approached by authorized state authorities, in particular organizational units of the prosecutor's office, the Police, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection or the President of the Office of Electronic Communications.
6. THE PERIOD OF STORING PERSONAL DATA
CEE EXPERTS will process your data for as long as it is intentional or until you withdraw your consent.
After withdrawing your consent, your data will be anonymised, except for the following data: name, email address, history of cooperation and information about consents (we will store this data for a period of 3 years from deletion of data for the purpose of handling complaints and claims related to using our services).
7. CANDIDATE RIGHTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF THEIR PERSONAL DATA
We ensure the fulfillment of your rights listed below. You can exercise your rights by submitting a request to the email address
Data access right
You have the right to: a) gain access to your personal data; b) obtain information about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data being processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of this data, the planned period of storage of your data or the criteria for determining this period, about your rights under the REDO and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, the source of this data, on automated decision-making, including profiling and safeguards applied in connection with the transfer of these data outside the European Union; c) obtain a copy of your personal data.
The right to rectify data
You have the right to rectify and supplement your personal data. You have the right to ask us to correct this data (if it is incorrect) and to supplement it (if it is incomplete).
Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw any consent you gave when applying to our job offers. Withdrawal of consent has effect since the withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing that we make in accordance with the law before its withdrawal.
Withdrawal of consent does not entail any negative consequences for you. However, from the moment you withdraw your consent, you will not be able to find potential employees in our database and we will not send you interesting job offers.
The right to object to the use of data
You have the right to object to the use of your personal data at any time.
If your objection turns out to be well founded and we have no other legal basis to process your personal data, we will delete your data for which you have objected.
The right to delete data ("the right to be forgotten")
You have the right to request the removal of all or some personal data.
You have the right to request the deletion of personal data if: a) you have withdrawn a certain consent to the extent to which personal data have been processed based on your consent; b) your personal data has ceased to be necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed; c) You objected to the use of your data for marketing purposes; d) Your personal information is processed unlawfully.
Despite the request to delete personal data, in connection with opposition or withdrawal of consent, we may retain certain personal data to the extent necessary to establish, assert or defend claims. This applies in particular to personal data including: name, surname, e-mail address, data about the place of residence, which we retain for the purpose of handling complaints and claims related to the use of our services.
The right to limit data processing
You have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data.
You have the right to request restriction of your personal data in the following cases: a) when you question the correctness of your personal data - then we limit their use for the time needed to verify the accuracy of your data, no longer than for 7 days; b) if the processing of your data is against the law, and instead of removing the data, you will demand restriction of their use; c) when your personal information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we have collected or used it, but it is necessary for you to establish, assert or defend claims; d) when you object to the use of your data - then the restriction occurs for the time needed to consider whether, due to your special situation, the protection of your interests, rights and freedoms outweighs the interests, which we implement by processing your personal data. The right to transfer data
You have the right to receive your personal data that you provided to us and then send it to another personal administrator of your choice, e.g. to another company providing recruitment services. You also have the right to request that personal data be sent by us directly to such other administrator, if it is technically possible.
We will send your personal data in the form of a file that is widely used, readable and that allows you to send the received data to another personal data administrator.
When do we meet your request?
If, by exercising the aforementioned rights, you request us, we comply with this request or refuse to do so immediately, but no later than one month after receipt. However, if - due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests - we will not be able to meet your request within a month, we will meet them within the next two months, informing you in advance about the intended extension.
Reporting complaints, queries and requests
You can complain to us about complaints, requests and requests regarding the processing of your personal data and the exercise of your rights.
If you believe that your right to the protection of personal data or other rights granted to you by virtue of the RODO have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
